By purchasing a 3D model from me, you are stating
that you have read and agreed to the following conditions:1. Your age needs to be 18+.2. I don't work with "unusual" anatomy.3. I am making only SFW models.4. Deadlines can change during work.5. You have the right to use the model in any way you want, except selling the model to third parties. (For example, as the basis for the avatars on Gumroad).
You are fully responsible for the purchase, even if it is a gift - the same rules apply to the new owner of the model.6. I do not do refunds. I do my job honestly, and I'm always finishing my part of the deal.7. I reserve the right to decline any commission or client before starting business with them for any reason.8. Through the work, I'm going to contact you and ask about important details of your character. I'm going to show current progress via screenshots or screen sharing. Feel free to navigate me if it is necessary.9. Files will be delivered via Telegram/Google drive after the model has been 100% paid for.10. Be aware that models may take a long time; please be patient.11. After commission is done, I will post renders for my portfolio on my social media. If you agree with that I will send you high-quality versions of renders.
If you don't want me to do that, please let me know before we reach that point.
